The Unfair Advantage was created to give elite performers a mental edge in competition - whether it be in sports or in life. Most "mental training" is watered down or taught by people who have not truly been in YOUR shoes, and have never helped others win at an elite level.

That is NOT the case here with over 28 years of experience competing, 18 years experience coaching, and 8 years weaponizing mindset at the highest levels.
Our goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for individual athletes & groups/teams through our mentorship and systematic training; whether it be in a ongoing training or single, impactful seminar.

Mike Moor is a world renowned mindset coach with a proven track record of helping athletes and teams at the highest levels to perform their best when they need it most. His strategies have been used by thousands of elite performers worldwide, including MMA World Champions, multiple NCAA Championship teams, and hundreds of athletes in the in the UFC, Bellator, along with the College and HS elite.

Additionally, Mike has earned a reputation of helping athletes pull off "big upsets", with 20+ of his clients defeating the #1 ranked opponent in the country/world, winning 9 World Championships, 5 College National Titles, and 18 High School Team State Titles.

Before he was an industry leader in mental performance, Mike had an extensive background encompassing roles as an FBI investigator & certified crisis negotiator, D1 Wrestler, and high-level grappling competitor/instructor which provides a unique depth to his coaching approach.
