In contrast, we want to give you an “Unfair Advantage” against other tough competitors like you so that you can compete their best when they need it most, and most importantly, have more fun and enjoy competing.

Our proven methods have been battled tested to help win at the highest levels of the UFC/Bellator, IBJJF, NCAA, and high school state/national championships in numerous sports.

We offer many different options that make an impact including, 1:1 training, team training, signature LIVE group courses, seminars/speaking engagement. On occasion, we will do short-term coaching to peak for certain events like fight camps or an upcoming tournament.

A combination of mentorship over Weekly, LIVE 45-60 minute zoom/phone calls alongside our battle tested sports and business driven curriculum with over 50 interactive worksheets.

You can do this training short term (6-10 weeks) to peak for an event or grow and maintain.

Our signature group course, "Reverse Engineering Success," may be in a group container; however, the delivery is very individualized with consistent feedback, and weekly "office hours" over the course of the 8 weeks to keep questions, insights and ideas flowing. 

1:1 coaching is tailored to the needs of the athlete and is a higher cost, whereas, the group training is tailored to the specific curriculum that is outlined for the course and is more cost efficient.
